Return Policy

Some companies have complicated, lengthy return policies. Here at BerryBestMoms.com we feel that quality products and top customer service are the most important things, so our return policy is simple.

Email us at orders@berrybestmoms.com for a Return Form, and mail your item and completed form back within 30 days.

Your item must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging with any tags still attached. You must have your proof of purchase. Your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment.

However, a couple of our Mom Inventors do not allow returns of their products, or have a slightly different policy, which we have to abide by. This includes:
• A Little Annafaith – returns must be within 7 days
• ProudBody – no returns allowed
• Tummy Tub – no returns allowed
• Sprout Shell – returns must be made within 5 days
• Simply Sarah -- 7 day return policy on Handy Hold Alls
• Nomie Baby -- within 2 weeks of purchase

All shipping to and from for the return/exchange is covered by the consumer.
